Next, you'll be directed to a new page where we'll gather more details about your business, your products, and the goals you'd like to achieve. You can also upload any existing assets you have. Within 24 hours, we'll get in touch to clarify any questions. After that, it's production time!

What are the timing/timeframes?​

We typically produce your video within two weeks from when we receive your product at our studios or the assets to be animated (such as existing photos or videos).

Do you shoot on location or in a studio?

We shoot both on location and in our studio, depending on the plan you select and the advertising needs of your product.

Do you use talent/models?

Yes, this is an option you can choose with our Premium plans.

Who owns the rights after the work is delivered?

You will own all the rights in perpetuity (that means forever). However, you agree to let us post the content we create for you on YouTube and other social media platforms, tagging you in the process.

Do you only work for online stores, products, and/or services?

I have a local audience. How do you make sure the content is relevant?

Creating high-quality, affordable content that is relevant to your audience is our top priority. Our team of in-house creatives hails from all over the globe, including Australia, Europe, America, and Asia. We also partner with a transcreation agency for translations and proofreading in languages we might not speak fluently. Additionally, we have access to a vast database of voice-over talents covering virtually every language spoken on the planet.

Which countries do you cover?

We operate and service clients globally, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney, and remote workers in Canada, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Do I ship my products to you?

Yes, if your package includes filming of your products at our studio facilities. Otherwise, just upload your existing photo and video assets through our submission form at checkout.

Will you cover the return shipping of products/goods?

We do not cover return shipping of products/goods but we can help arrange pickup via international shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and more.

Can you add voice-overs?

Absolutely, yes!

Can you add music/tracks?

Yes, of course! Rest assured all our music has been cleared for use online and on any digital platforms. You can use it anywhere online without worrying about takedown notices or copyright strikes.

Can you add VFX and/or CGI?

VFX and CGI is a broad category. We can add text and infographics to your video as needed, but we do not cover any CGI or 3D work that modifies the product itself. For example, we will animate text around your product but will not add eyes and a mouth to it. For advanced VFX and CGI, we need to discuss the additional cost on an ad-hoc basis.

Can you edit stock footage that I already have?

Absolutely! Select the appropriate package under "Plans & Pricing." Please note that when you supply us with existing video and photo assets, you are responsible for ensuring they are fully cleared for use and not subject to any copyright claims from third parties.

Can you work/partner with my vendors/suppliers?

Yes, we are all about collaboration and are happy to discuss such needs with you.

Do you offer any other additional services?

We are part of a larger organization called Society Satellite, which handles content production in all its forms. This includes international shows for streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, traditional broadcasters, special projects like events, marketing, brand consulting, and media planning. Can you provide content in different languages?

Yes, we can cover any language spoken on the planet (except perhaps those spoken by remote tribes in the Amazon).

Do you offer insurance?

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of your product while in transit to our facilities. You also agree to clear ShowcaseStudios.io and its related companies from any Errors or Omissions claims from third parties that might arise from the final content we produce. If you wish to have an Errors and Omissions insurance policy activated to safeguard your content, let us know, and we will be happy to arrange this with our broker at an additional cost.
